Special Low Interest Rate Prorgram

The Board of Selectmen voted on April 23, 2020 to participate in a Low Interest Rate Program. A copy of the Resolution can be seen here. Tax bills will still be due July 1^st with a grace period of August 3^rd.  After August 3^rd interest rate will be .25% per month for 90 days (October 1, 2020).  After October 1^st interest rate will return to 1.5% per month (18% a year).

This lower delinquency rate applies to taxes that have been delinquent prior to March 10, 2020 for a period of ninety (90) days from April 1, 2020 through and including June 30, 2020.
