I remain proud of the consistent effort our administrators, teachers, support staff, and students are putting into their work. Please remember that our school counselors are available to all of our students.
We know that many people across our state and communities are impacted by COVID-19. Thankfully, there is assistance available. Please see the message below from Becky Terrell, our Food Service Director. Also, please remember that meals are still available at Pearson School in Winsted and Vogel-Wetmore in Torrington from 11:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Questions may be directed to Becky at 860-567-0863 ext. 1148.

Parent/Guardian Outreach for SNAP Benefits
During this difficult time, many households may be experiencing hardships due to the loss of a job or income. We want to notify all parents/guardians that they may be eligible for SNAP benefits. SNAP helps people buy food for themselves and their families. Additionally, eligibility for SNAP benefits means that a child will be directly certified for free meals, which will carry over for 30 operating days into the next school year.
